THE "5 ESSENTIALS OF LIFE"-RIGHT TO LIFE PROGRAM

This is my "5 ESSENTIALS OF LIFE"-RIGHT TO LIFE PROGRAM that I want to become the universal guidelines for any law or policy made for a living thing on Earth.(In order of importance) 1.a safe place to be 2.food and water everyday 3.shelter from bad weather 4.medical attention 5.a permanent place to be at home ANY LAW OR POLICY THAT DOES NOT ADDRESS AND SATISFY ALL 5 OF THESE "Essentials Of Life" should be considered an animal abusive/life threatening/right to life violating- law or policy! These universal life sustaining essentials should be made the rights of all living things on Earth.If all governments and peoples recognize these 5 essentials of life animal cruelty and human abuse will come to an end-it is the 5 ESSENTIALS OF LIFE-RIGHT TO LIFE PROGRAM.
