This is REAL!Her name is 40 days-I saw her eating in a ditch close to HWY 12-The Most Wildlife Destructive/Animal Killing Road In American History here on Hatteras Island.I put out food and water for her but never saw her again.But felt so bad for her I kept putting out the food/water every night just hoping she would find it.After 40 days thinking I was wasting food I went to take the plates and she knew what was happening and jumped out so I could see she was still there-and have fed her/seen her everyday since.SHE IS NOW RESCUED-SAFE FROM THE CAT HATERS IN OUR COMPOUND.SHE LOVES IT HERE!
