As expected a pretty standard, generic reply which has probably been sent to hundreds of people. Doesnt address any of the issues raised. Apparently read by Ms Cullen and arrogantly batted away to a lesser mortal to answer.

NOT GOOD ENOUGH - I will post my email to Jonathan in due course.

Dear Mr Ford
Thank you for your email to Ms Cullen, which has been read and passed to me to respond.

We do apologise for these delays and share the frustration felt by supporters.  We realise they are by no means ideal and obviously wanted to be in to our new home as soon as we were able. Unfortunately, after a review at the weekend, testing and commissioning highlighted issues with the critical safety systems that meant we could not open the stadium as originally planned.

This is of course hugely disappointing for all of us but not uncommon for such similar complex major developments to experience some delay. I do hope our statement yesterday further clarified the situation and provided transparency on the refund mechanism for season ticket holders for the affected matches. You can access the statement here https://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/news/2018/august/stadium-ticketing-and-wembley-update/

In respect of the tickets for the match at Wembley, the very last batch of these were despatched on Monday, with the majority being received over the weekend. Should any supporter still not be in receipt of their ticket tomorrow, we can easily and quickly arrange for a duplicate eTicket to be emailed tomorrow or Friday. An announcement in respect of sales for the Liverpool fixture will be made shortly. We have 146,000 membership packs and cards that require posting. The despatch of these has been an ongoing process for the past three weeks, with the final packs due to be sent early next week. As we communicated earlier, Season Ticket packs will be start to be sent after that process is complete and in advance of the first match at the new ground.

We are currently within a very successful partnership with AIA as our Global Principal Partner. There have been no discussions in changing this.

I do hope this has provided a level of assistance and reassurance.

Kind regards

Jonathan
