I am in tears right now, reading the news of the Federal Court's decision in support of the Djab Wurrung https://www.araratadvertiser.com.au/story/6068654/federal-court-quashes-ministers-western-highway-no-protection-decision/?cs=1516

To the 106,818 people (and rising) who have put their names, thoughts and hearts to the petition I started while having radiotherapy last year, when I felt this was the least I could do to stop such an utterly cruel and illogical injustice, I thank you.

The unbelievable courage, strength and integrity of the Djab Wurrung has succeeded in gaining the support and acknowledgement of the Federal Court, in protecting these precious trees, and it is important that we always stand with, beside and behind the traditional custodians of this country for what is right.
