Stay at home? Not Homebase staff.
Homebase are not taking care of their staff!! The government have listed hardware stores as essential amid the covid 19 outbreak however we as the staff who are in constant contact with the public and potentially the deadly virus do not.
Hardware and diy products are not essential for survival like food and medication is so why are we still open? Things available in your local corner shop and supermarket.

 Nhs staff have and are begging/ pleading with us to stay at home, with staff feeling they have no choice but to go to work due to pay and having to use public transport. They are risking their own lives and the welfare of their families amid this pandemic to look after us and to keep us safe. It is an insult to these people that Homebase believe these peoples lives and the lives of their staff are worth nothing and the only thing of importance Is their profits!!!!

BE A RESPONSIBLE COMPANY and listen to the advice and your staff. And hear your staff, close the stores now for the sake of the spread of the virus and stop endangering the public by staying open.
