It's been so amazing to see the huge support this petition has had in just a few days - clearly, there are lots of people who are also outraged by this cruelty to chickens! Noble Foods are staying pretty silent on this issue, but their brand Happy Egg Co is claiming in response to complaint emails that "Noble Foods Group operates to the highest standards of animal welfare". That's quite a statement, given that they keep 4.3 million hens in cages. How can anyone claim that offers the "highest" standards of animal welfare?
