Toni Marletta fled the scene of the accident after inflicting severe bodily injury on Marissa Procopio...injuries that led to Marissa's death..she drove the vehicle without insurance and knowing fled the scene after stricking the 15 year old leaving her injured and possibly dead...because of injuries sustained Marissa passed away not long after arriving at the hospital...WE THE COMMUNITY OF MONMOUTH COUNTY AND SURROUNDING AREA DEMAND THE TONI MARLETTA BE CHARGED WITH VEHICULAR MANSLAUGHTER, THE LESSER CHARGE OF INVOLUNTARY MANSLAUGHTER IF DEEMED BY COURT ,BUT ONE OF SAID CHARGES NEED TO BE APPLIED AND CARRIED OUT ON THIS CASE DUE TO FACTORS INVOLVED...
