Public Hearing TOMORROW, 1/24/17 at 7 PM

SUPER IMPORTANT MEETING TOMORROW! Public Hearing to VOTE on rezoning of rural residential (R-20) to Commercial/Industrial (I-2) Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at 7 pm Dover City Hall This meeting is all about turnout. Please join us and encourage your friends and neighbors to do the same. We also invite you to prepare a short statement on why you oppose the rezoning or simply use the opening statement below and you will go on record as opposing this rezoning. Your opening statement should be: Give your name and address and say 'I want it on the record that I'm opposed to the rezoning and/or the project". Followed by your comments against the rezoning. Everyone who does not have a speech prepared should just say the opening statement, thank you and then be seated. Statement from Chris Parker, Planning Director:  The public hearing for this item will be January 24th at 7 pm, in the City Council Chambers. If you wish to testify there will be ample time for the Planning Board to receive feedback. We will have the tables removed from the rear of the Council Chambers to make more room for residents, and will have the Auditorium set up to receive overflow, if necessary.
