According to Bunreacht, it is the DUTY of all members of Dáil Éireann to "represent constituties". How might that be done? Certainly not by being NODDIES to a Party 'whip'! Our TDs should be demanding that Government setup a National Emergency Committee on the issue of Housing & Homelessness.
