Temple St. Room 150). During the meeting, Greg Murphy from the City Attorney's office said that the date was pushed back because of the utter lack of public outreach, insufficient studies of impact to the community and lack of information given to the public by the County Planning Division and Mercy Housing. Most people only heard about the project less than a month ago. Murphy goes on to say that to date there is no real substantial information about the project. They believe that the Mercy project was rushed forward and has left everyone in the dark, thus the public outcry.
