This started as a petition to help reform cyberlaws, and to find a way to hold social media platforms and the creators/individuals accountable when freedom of speech becomes hate speech and then sometimes a smear campaign. The cyberbully in question decided to intensify their predatory behavior by doxxing, harassing, and slandering people for what? I can only speculate from what I have personally witnessed, and that is spite. Innocent people that are standing by this petition, and the people that are pushing it are being targeted. The name calling is beyond and un called for. If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all. You never know where someone is at in life. It is always better to help up, and not kick down.

STIGMA IS WHEN SOMEONE LOOKS DOWN ON YOU, SHAMES YOU, MOCKS YOU, AND OVERALL CREATES A HIVE MIND (WITH THE RIGHT OUTLET) FOR MOST OF THE TIME, THEIR OWN PERSONAL INSECURITIES, OR THINGS THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND. IT'S NOT MUCH DIFFERENT THAN THE WORD TABOO.

 

Everyone matters, NOBODY should feel like they can not be themselves due to someone else trying to take away something that doesn't belong to them. I genuinely hope that we can make a difference in order to get the attention to the powers that be, and spread awareness about cybercrimes.

1. Make more people aware of what cybercrimes are.
2. Let people know what they can do in order to prevent, protect, and be able to prosecute their perpetrator if necessary.
3. Let people know what resources are available in order to get the help they need.
4. Share updated laws, defintions, examples, and statistics of cybercrimes.

DOES ANYONE KNOW ABOUT INQUISITOR 3?

 

Vincent Plicchi of Italy was 23 years old when he took his own life October 2023. He was a very positive influencer on TIK TOk and was a very well known gamer, especially in the Call of Duty realm. He was targeted by a male (19) who was also very big in the gaming and Tik Tok community and his minor girlfriend (17)  to try and extort, blackmail, and overall shame Vincent AKA INQUISITOR 3 for reasons still unknown. A third person came onto the scene to show conversations WITH NO CONTEXT that overall led people to believe that INQUISITOR 3 was being inappropriate with minors. Those messages were not only given COMPLETELY out of context, but they proved there was nothing nefarious, illegal, or malicious done by VIncent P. (INQUISITOR 3). He suffered from anxiety, and his overall demeanor was so kind, compassionate, and caring. Even if he was feeling down he made others smile. He covered his sadness by giving others joy. When he thought about what could happen if people were to believe the rumors of the three, the heaviness was too much to bare. He took his own life on a live stream on Tik Tok. Vincent Plicchi was bullied, harassed, stalked, doxxed, dogpiled, blackmailed, and lost his life over this. If it were up to me all 3 of the people that had a part in making up a TALL DARK TALE, would be be prosecuted to the fullest extent. What is heartbreaking is that this story is one of many. Enough is enough! Nobody should be able to violate someone else's autonomy with lies, slander, and defamation. There has to be a way for there to be freedom of speech but keeping others safe with the cyberlaws on social media.

As a victim of cybercrimes, I have experienced first hand the devastating effects of online harassment, doxing, stalking, intimidation, bullying, slander, defamation and threats. These digital attacks have not only invaded my space, social media platforms, but also escalated into real-life threats. Despite numerous complaints to relevant authorities and social media platforms, there has been no resolution or relief from these relentless attacks.

 

This is not just my story; it's the story of countless others who are subjected to such online abuse daily. According to a study by Pew Research Center in 2017 (source cited), 41% of Americans have personally experienced online harassment.

 

Our First Amendment rights should never be infringed upon; however, there needs to be more accountability for hate speech and doxing within our current cyberlaws. The existing laws are inadequate in protecting us from such harmful acts while preserving our freedom of speech.

 

We need reform that strikes a balance between safeguarding our constitutional rights and ensuring accountability for those who misuse the internet as a platform for hate speech and other forms of cybercrime. We also urge social media platforms to take their community laws seriously, as they play an essential role in shaping the digital environment we interact with daily.

She doesn't know me or anyone I associate with, and talks about my children as if she knows who I am. Calls me and others all these names and stands by them, as if they are factual and first hand knowledge. THIS is NOT her opinion, though she staes it as fact. She has called my phone, harassed me, doxxed me, called and emailed my attorney, and she has not stopped. She is supported by content creators that say they are against bullying, threats, doxxing. In my opinion, they don't care about people. They care about the money. This woman is a prime example of an everyday average Jane/John Doe who doesn't seem like they are capable of doing harm by looking at just the cover.
