I would first like to thank everyone who has signed so far, you are helping what is in my opinion, a great cause. However, I want everyone to realize that my goal is not have this take effect in 2017. I'm sorry, that's just too unrealistic. I still encourage you to share the petition and get as many signatures as possible though, because I would love to see this tale effect for Halloween of 2018, however we still need a lot more signatures and I still have a lot of work to do in order to contact the people that can make this. So, please keep the petition trending and feel free to share on Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, via Email, Text, and whatever else you can think of.
