The next date for my 'case' is theoretically the 2nd of November & might not happen even then....

My 'case' (aka malicious prosecution by the SNT) , was due to start on the 29th of June, but was bumped off as a more urgent case involving sexual assault needed to go to court-  ie a real case with a real victim.

The next date for my 'case' is theoretically the 2nd of November, and it might not happen even then, because the judge become very aware that my medical conditions (amplified by the previous 5 years of harassment and continuing intimidation) may make a fair trial practically impossible. (I had anouther autistic meltdown in an admin hearing because I wasn't expecting to be sat in the dock  - an error by the court staff, quickly corrected, but that was enouth)

In the meantime, while going through the papers organising evidence, I have been reminded of the 2021 report by Inclusion London "Poor Police Response Report: Disabled Victims of hate crime "- Published November 2021 on behalf of the London DDPO Hate Crime Partnership, comprised of 24 DDPOs across London offering support to Disabled victims of hate crime.

My experiences in 2021 have been used as a case study. See pages 13, 14 and 41. This was before things became worse and I became a victim of the determined attacks by the SNT team. Someone has suggested that this case report might in fact have been the trigger for the ongoing antipathy towards me by that failing team....

Needless to say there is no evidence that police anywhere have taken note of this report or adjusted their training and behaviour appropriately
