The SNT have allowed the CPS to cancel the trial of my aggressor for his physical assault on me at the door of the court...again...Just just last time, when they abandoned the trail for the guy's physical assault of my elderly father...I have only survived that news by heavy doses of diazepam and despite that spent last night crying and shaking uncontrollably. 

The local mental health team are already on the case and alarmed by what has been done. 

The situation is now that on the one hand the five years of profen stalking, harassment, physical injury, invasion of property and malicious damage that I have suffered caused my the guy, resulting in the disastrous effects to my mental and physical health, have remained without any consequences for my aggressor.

On the other hand the malicious prosecution of myself for stalking and harassment based upon innocent activities within my own property is still due for hearing in the Crown Court some time after June this year. 

How the get out of jail free for my aggressor despite his 12 acknowledged criminal activities can be in the public interest while the prosecution of myself as a vulnerable person for innocent activities is somehow in the public interest.

Much, much worse, my aggressor is now free of all bail conditions and I am completely defenceless, knowing that the local SNT will not stir to protect me, whatever is done. I live in daily terror whenever I am at home. Even in my own home I am not safe. How the Fing F can any of this be in the public interest?
