You will remember from a previous update here, that earlier this year  I was the victim of an assault by the aggressor whilst on my own property.

That was back in April about 6 months ago; Since then I have been waiting to hear that the aggressor has been charged with that aggravated assault he committed but instead of that happening, I have just received a letter notifying me that it is I who have been charged - for a public order offence, by shouting at the aggressor for his attempted interference with our water supply and actual interference with items on my property and trespassing, as well as falsely announcing to the world at large, yet again, that I am a 'PDF FILE'.... A disgusting thing the guy has been doing literally for years now without any consequences!

I remember little of the incident as observing what my aggressor was doing had put me into an autistic meltdown during which I have no control over what I do or say and I'm relying on the clear video evidence only.

That video evidence was fully available to the SNT and made it absolutely clear who was the victim and who was aggressor Yet it is I who am being charged!

The prosecuting officer is the school friend of the aggressor because of course it is, so I suppose it is no surprise that yet again the victim is to be made out to the criminal to protect the officer's school friend.
