My solicitors have agreed with the judge to present an application for removal of the bail restrictions in the next fortnight as the complainant has already attempted to abuse these conditions several times.... It was deliberate abuse, because I wasn't even at home during the alleged events. The false allegations only stopped after police literally searched every room in my house.

There is also a date in December for an application to dismiss the charges outright so I will only have to give a plea if for some crazy reason that doesn't work. 

If this fails, there will be a trial date of 5 days of wasted government and public money (a quick AI search indicates this will cost about £6-12k per day) at some time after June next year, where the only possible benefit will be that my solicitors can play every single video I have collected over the last 4 years of each attack on me in front of the judge, jury and reporters. Followers of this petition will remember the abortive civil case against me cost the public purse about £20k.

At least I will have the pleasure of having each of the guilty police officers in the witness box being taken through each of those videos and asked to explain why they took no action to stop the criminal persecution of me and the resulting incredible waste of public resources because of that failure

At least we have now seen the index of "the evidence" the CPS wish to produce, nothing new and what there is of it is just as, if not more, supportive of my explanations as anything their paranoid misinterpreting of innocent actions can suggest.

And as far as we can tell this is the same bundle of 'evidence' which has been rejected by the CPS previously at least five times, however, we think they have removed material as there are inconsistencies which suggest removed pages

At the hearing last week, it turned out that the officer who committed the sexual assault on me was sitting only two chairs away from me but my father kept this from me until after we left, quite rightly, as that knowledge would likely have triggered an autistic meltdown. 

The crass insensitivity of the local SNT knows no bounds!
