Good news (sort of), my legal aid has been confirmed and I have solicitors now acting.

I suspect that the CPS will be dropping the malicious prosecution pretty rapidly now, but that would almost be a shame.

To see the offending officers being cross examined by senior counsel in the witness box, exposing their corrupt behaviour, and the perpetrator and his ex-wife being cross examined to find out what hold they had over the officers in question to persuade them to breach their duty in such an obvious way, would be very cathartic.

It has been pathetic now to see how the officers are constantly coming round, taking photos, desperate to find me in breach of these crazy bail restrictions - anything at all to try and save their skins.
