I have just been told the case against me, which led to my arrest in January 2023. has just been discharged as no case to answer by the CPS within the last few days.

I was originally told the papers had gone to the CPS in March last year so this is 15 months sitting around doing nothing except causing me nervous stress and anxiety. Maybe that was deliberate!!!

In reality, they must have known there was no case to answer back in January when the police failed attempt at a civil injunction claim against me did not even meet the civil standard of liability and it has meant that I have only just today  had my illegally seized goods returned.

Amongst those goods was an SD card which contained the visual evidence of my perpetrator using a long pole to destroy devices in my garden. Had I had this back earlier this year, it would have been important evidence in the  continuing criminal case against him but is now probably too late because of the arbitrary 6 month rule. 

The card was still in its original wrapper from when it was first ceased so they never even bothered to look at it!
