There was a particularly stupid event just over a year ago now, where I got threatened with a penalty charge notice (PCN) for disorder,handwritten on the back of a PCN for a moving traffic violation, I finally got round to making that video public yesterday and a little over a day, it got a litter over 3 thousand views.

I realise that 3,000 views doesn't actually qualify as a viral video, but by my standards, well it's about two thousand nine hundred and fifty eight more than my average...

There's likely a really simple reason, maybe PCN means something else and that just so happens to be a trending topic at the moment... but it's still fascinating.
