Here are a couple of email exchanges over the last couple of days which demonstrate the level stupidity we have to deal with:

This is last message I sent  to the investigating officer:

"I have had a personal policy to not directly respond to these messages, but I am making an exception here only because my carrer is being so incredibly polite that I don't feel the core message is getting through.

Last year when we directly asked you what action you would be taking agents [deleted]'s continuing fixated & anti-social behavior, you personally promised us then that you would go through the 4 stages of the ASB process step by step (ASB and CPN Warnings followed by actual notices).

The logical consequence of this promise to us, alongside the continuing documented history of [deleted]'s abusive behaviors, should have resulted in at least a further CPN warning after the events of the last few weeks, but better an actual notice.

The fact you haven’t done anything is a breach of that promise to us.

From my perspective, as the victim of numerous offences, I am increasingly of the opinion that you are unable or unwilling to understand the continuing damage being done to me by your continuing protection of [Deleted] from the consequences of his actions. You wouldn’t put up with it if he was your neighbour, so why must I?

The issue below regarding [deleted]'s antisocial activity at Kingston court is a particularly worrying example, you state that you have been away at Kingston and yet you tried to tell us in writing that there is no CCTV pointing at the spot where [deleted]'s distinctive black van was illegally parked, when these security cameras were clearly visible to anyone who bothered to look - please see annotated photo attached above.

We're talking about a county court so there is going to be a lot of CCTV, and just the ideal that there is supposedly no CCTV coverage of a security checkpoint where the guy had no other choice but to pass through, not once but twice, is absolutely absurd.

No doubt by now, c 24 days later all of the evidence, that would otherwise be available to prove the offence, will likely have been lost, and every wasted day, it is that much less likely to still be available!

When the press learn about this comically stupid oversight through my contemious record of this correspondence chain in my change.org petition. they will no doubt come to the same conclusion, that there is nobody else to blame for this but you as the officer in charge and the only reasonable explanation is the you as the officer in charge are either not competent or he are going out of your way to destroy evidence.

As is well documented, victims in my position can eventually lose control if not receiving the help they need.

If that happens to me because of your inaction, I will not be responsible for my actions, you will.

PLEASE NOTE: I 'm sorry for the topographical and other spelling problems, I am severely sight impaired, very dyslexic and my access technology just doesn't allways play nicely with the outlook app."

"I do still not have any footage that can categorically see or hear Mr [deleted] shouting anything towards you.

If this does change then you will be the first to hear. I am still awaiting one other enquiry to get back to me

Kind Regards"

"Thank you - we rather suspected that, his van being in the way, it would be difficult for the sound to be picked up. However, the video should show him parking there, for no other reason than to intercept us on the way to the court.

There is no argument that he was there and in the courthouse, and it was clear to us that the judge believed his presence was a breach of the ASB Warning

Will you need a witness statement?"

"Sorry to hear that this has happened

Should there be any damage to your car, you should report it via the usual way. Via 101 or on line.

Regards"

"Every time [deleted] comes, he does something. Today he put a ladder up to apperantly clear his gutters, and then threw all the rubbish down on to my car. Video available - edit: we later found he was actually throwing things from our roof too.

I refused to go out an engage with him for all the reasons we have discussed and in accordance with your advice.

If actual damage has been suffered by my car I would expect enforcement action from you. As it is I have had to wash it down because the filth was so glutinous. See attached photo - if the stuff had been dry I could have brushed it off, as it was each of these left a muddy mark behind, whilst the amount which had collected in the windscreen wiper well was really difficult to remove.

"Thank you, but I am astonished that you say there is no relevant camera. The one on the side of the court building points straight at the spot where [Deleted] parked his van, and the two CCTV cameras on the corner of the court building where the incident occurred , if they have audio, would have picked up what he said. Why weren't these made available to you?

As to the meetings, there would appear to be two - the internal police one to which you have been invited, and then a second CMARAC one. It is absolutely essential that our point of view is presented to CMARAC - as long as I am  regarded as the problem nothing will be solved. [Deleted] has been the problem throughout!

When he stops making trouble, everything is peace and quiet. I have never been the problem. Had PC Young's misconceived injunctive application been aimed at [deleted], not me, there would have been peace since 20 October, rather than the continuous aggravation and the £15k of wasted costs out of your budget that has actually occurred. If the police do not make CMARAC aware of this, then they are failing in their civic duty, but, worse, the other members will not understand why this constant reference to mediation is pointless and preventing proper outcome

As you will not be at that meeting, whoever is to be there must make this clear, and we will be asking for the minutes to check that this has been done"
