More interference from the stupidest copper in southwest command

This is part of a recent email exchange between my carrer and Robin Young, whom although the investigation into his incompetent and corrupt dealings is now complete, we still have to deal with him, even though we have now conclusively proven that he has broken the law several times.
From: Robin.Young@met.police.uk
Sbject: RE: Request for appointment of inspection of seized items
"Dear Mr Hart,
Police Officers are first aid trained and if required we can call an ambulance.
We will not be asking London Ambulance to be on standby. If Mr Michael Hart has a carer or a support worker perhaps they can attend to support but ultimately, we are not asking Michael to attend, we are facilitating the attendance of yourself.
If you do not wish to attend that is your choice. As Inspector Chambers has explained previously to you, I am the officer in this case and I would be present, however I will be accompanied by a colleague who you can address should you wish.
Please confirm If you do or do not wish to proceed.
Regards,
Robin Young| PC 2136 SW
Cannon Hill Safer Neighbourhood Team"

And here is our reply to this ridiculous email:
"Your answers are increasingly ludicrous. No part of your being the officer in the case requires you to be in attendance, any other officer could carry out that role. In addition:
1) If you are first aid trained, why did you not administer the appropriate medication when Michael had the seizure at the time of the false arrest?
2) Calling an ambulance was no solution then, why would it be now?
3) I am his carer, but you wouldn’t accept that then. Indeed, your written notes set out a determination to actively prevent me administering care at that time of his seizure during the false arrest.
4) This is not a case of you ‘inviting’ me to attend. It is the police complying with its obligations under PACE to enable a victim to identify personal possessions where he was not present to do so at the time of seizure.
5) I can not identify the objects in question, only Michael can, and it is not for you to obstruct that.
We will be attending on the 21st, I will bring appropriate medication and I will not accept obstruction by you if I deem it necessary to administer any.
I am having to keep copying in your inspector, whom you keep deleting from these messages, because of your apparent determination to pervert the instructions he gives you."
