My premises search document includes clear evidence of misconduct
This document contains several anomalies, two statements in a particular demonstrate clear pre-planned acts of negligent behaviour.
There seems to be a clear case here for misconduct in public office and or deliberate indifference, this offence is committed when:
A public officer acting as such;
A) Wilfully neglects to perform his duty and/or
B) wilfully misconducts himself;
to such a degree as to amount to an abuse of the public's trust in the office holder;
C) without reasonable excuse or justification.
I believe it is reasonable to conclude that an office holder having identified risk of harm to a detainee who then actively prevents administration of prescription medication to prevent medical harm, qualifiers as an offence.
I believe this conduct reaches the threshold of sm offence as the misconduct impugned is calculated to injure the public interest so as to call for condemnation and punishment!
