This is so desperate, I don't even think the word desperate covers whatever this is!

The other day we got an email from this police officer apparently about a new allegation that I am oppressively recording a particular individual's family & their daily lives.....

When asked to substantiate this extraordinary claim a, photograph was provided, which you will see above, there are so many many things wrong with this photograph, which I will list most for you at the end, but here is the apply I sent back to the officer.

(And I can legitimately / republish this photograph, not taken by me, firstly this was not divided in confidence, it's a photograph of my property and there is a greater public interest to be served by publication, ie the fact this photograph is accepted as evidence is from my perspective itself evidence of corruption)

"Peter,

Thank you for providing us with photographic evidence which demonstrates again [DELETED] making further knowingly false allegations to the police, using old photos, in violation of general conditions of police bail, SPECIFICALLY ATTEMPTING TO PERVERT A RECOURSE OF JUSTICE.

I have just reported this incident via 101 (ref CAD [DELETED]/30Apr23) to ensure this incident is recorded in its correct context, being another documented example of intimidating behaviours by [DELETED] intended to pervert the course of justice, and my even be evidence of more undue interference by Robin Young, as this is consistent with the another recent event, where a still image, taken from a 5-month old video, has in the last few weeks also been similarly misrepresented to the police, following a secretive undocumented and unrecorded visit from PC young to [Deleted] property on the same day as a similar false allegation was made.

Furthermore for the record, the statements you made to my father in your meeting of the 25th, of a clear and unambiguous complaint, where allegedly I have moved a security camera into a new position with the intention of "recording their daily lives",   your testimony taken together with the photographic record you have provided today are together sufficient to deterministrate yet another attempte to pervert the course of justice."

He is a list of things wrong with this photograph which is not exhaustive and no particular order, there's not to be said about the metadata and other stuff as well but it's a mute point.....

1) It is clear from the trees that this photograph was in fact taken is last autumn.

2) The camera in question was broken by [DELETED] last year – you have the video which shows he was the one who moved the camera and then broke it. It has different aerials to anything now there.

3) The weather station you see was replaced last year.

4) This image doesn’t show all the solar panels now installed.

5) The image doesn’t show the electric fence warning notices which were installed last November.

6) The image is a still from a hand held camera without a date stamp – clearly deliberately turned off to conceal when it was really taken.

So to recap this photograph hold out as a recent event can be proven, I can proven to actually I've been months ago, because I have a video of when [DELETED] took the photograph (AND THAT VIDEO HAS TIME AND DATE) moreover, this photograph alone, is evidentially insufficient on every level, this photograph doesn't even pass the most basic scrutiny, so why this was accepted as evidence in the first place is a question which should be asked and I'm asking it now.

Why was this photograph even considered as evidence let alone accepted as evidence in the first place?

 Not only does this clearly demonstrate MORE desperation in fact this is so ridiculous it could only have happened if PC Young has again acted in baf faith too muddy case by accepting this ridiculous photograph as evidence and this is what I'll be telling the judiciary when questioned about this unless another reasonable explanation is provided.
