Interesting article but for all the wrong reasons...

I came across this article today, and it got me thinking, how many more complaints must there have also just never got as far as being recorded?

You then have to wonder, in all of those other events we never hear about because the stories aren't told , how much more misery and untold suffering has gone unnoticed? How many people's lives have been changed forever? 

How many other victims of police negligence, incompetence and misconduct have been forced to abandon any hope of justice for themselves or their loved ones? 

And I wonder, how many mothers, fathers, sons and daughters, and how many friends are now in prison of exercising their fundamental rights in law against those who abuse thair badge of office?
