(Yeah that sounds a bit, well, petty, doesn't it, don't worry... it gets worse....)

Now, what kind of a maniac would dump water over a man's head, out of a his first story window onto a man in his own front garden?

(Now this is getting a bit more to disturbing isn't it)

Now , What kind of a maniac would dump water from his first story window over a blind man's head while he is just quietly working in his own front garden?

It's not quite the same thing when when you quite literally can't see you it coming?

(Ok still not terribly bad but we're getting there....)

Now, What kind of a maniac would dump water from a first story window over a blind man's head, while he is in his own front garden, working on exposed high voltage equipment?

.....   I was only out there because he broke something, again, and I was only out there so late because it's now not safe working out there during the day, as he spies on me with his ring doorbell and has taken to creeping up on me and scaring me when I'm working in the back garden aswell.

So, because of this, I can now I only do repair work at night, when I believe he is hopefully sleeping.... It's not like I need illumination or natural light or anything like that anyway.... (blind person joke, sorry)

 just consider that for every person like me, with autism, there are hundreds of others who didn't share in my good fortunate in having an incredible support network and everything that comes with that privilege in life....

Countless others have been forced into submission, no matter the physical or emotional sacrifice, for no other reason other than the simple fact the system which intended to provide a safety net for those in society who, through no fault of their own, are just less able to support themselves is broken.

You can watch for yourself my fearful reaction when I realised what was happening.... as i realised the guy may actually have killed me....

Voltage isn't pleasant, but it is the amps that kill you, I built that energizer out of the spare parts, (don't worry, I studied electrical engineering at university) 

The transformer is "only' 5,000 volts, but the output is broken into short pulses and only outputting at about 110 milliamps.... So this is perfectly safe..... Ok it might not be "pleasant"... But that is the entire point of it.... Especially if you're soaking wet, so there is a very good path back to ground, yes it might hurt, but it is completely safe......

however...

if you create a short circuit by, for example, I don't know, maybe, by dumping a load of water onto the exposed transformer as well as the unfortunate soul standing there working on it, that could easily deliver to said unfortunate soul the full unrestricted output, that could lead to anything form third degree burns, other life-changing injuries and just as easily heart failure, remember I Was Alone late at night and that would have been no one there to attempt CPR

So when I say "I think the guy is trying to kill me" this is what I mean, as demonstrated in the video, the guy was very well aware of what that device is, why it is there and what I was doing, and yet he still decided to dump loads of water over me and the equipment..... 

To punish me for unforgivable sin of just been a person with disabilities.... I don't think that is worthy of a death sentence!
