The demented fool is trying to burn down my house, and his

This situation has gone from potentially dangerous to a real and present threat to life and property.

The guy has deliberately covered my loft in highly flammable foam and attempted to hermetically seal the loft ventilation using this fuel, totally inappropriate material, never mind how stupid that ideas is. It's not fire safe, it's not sound proof, all it did was fill my loft with methylene-diphenyl-diisocyanate and destroy lots of hydroponic equipment.

If we had not been home, you know, seeing family for Christmas, and therefore had not immediately discovered what the guy had done, there was a real potential risk of fire, he covered electrical equipment including a ceramic heater! With this highly flammable fuel.

As you will see from my video of this highly disturbing event, there was a real possibility of an uncontrollable fire both in my loft and probably inside the brick cavities as well.

My estimate is about £550 worth of property damage caused by this insane act of vandalism. oh yes and he also broke and entered into my property (by reaching through the air bricks on his side, which involved him breaking through the sound proof insulation the other side, and took equipment out of my loft, apparently believing this to it to be  something else....the guy is demonstrating paranoid and delusional behaviours.

His "argument" at the moment, if you can call it that, is that some weeks ago, I supposedly removed the masonry and bricks from the gable end separating us, apparently so I could put equipment through to either spy on him or create annoying noises, (he flips backwards and forwards between these two themes), obviously it's a load of garbage as for starters it's been this way for over 40 years, so since before he came here, 19 months ago!

The only positive is that he openly admitted to videotaping me through the hole for weeks.

That's creepy as hell by itself. 

And just to top it all off, the officers believed every insane thing he said, including the crazy story of him calling 101, who supposedly told him to cut off my anti tinnitus device and keep it, and of course that is complete garbage, confirmed by the101 call handler.
