An attorney has now determined that closing Regnart was not only unjust, but also unlawful. Every donation to our legal defense fund helps us take a stand against the Cupertino Union School District's illegal decision to close schools.

Closing schools does not buy stability. It does not address the long-term issue of enrollment decline. It only emboldens CUSD to close more schools in the future. Together, let's force CUSD to stop closing schools, and think of solutions that actually improve the student educational experience.
