Last night, May 14, 2019, at the city council meeting, city counsel member Hamelin moved to amend the purpose capital budget to include a project to install a train activated flashing lights and gates at the Snowden st crossing and to appropriate the $250,000 project. CSX is responsible to put the cross arms up but we have no time frame. I will keep the petition going until I see the cross arms. I am very grateful and humbled at all the signatures and I will keep you updated.
