For decades, the Railroad. crossings in Haines City, Florida have been plagued in disrepair. Exponential growth in the area has caused increased traffic through and across areas which were previously and primarily used by the residents of said areas. These crossings have now become major thoroughfares for the city. The increased traffic coupled with the lack of maintenance has caused these crossings to further deteriorate to the point of obvious nuisance and potential danger. It is our demand that CSX , it’s subsidiaries and The City of Haines City make the much needed repairs and maintenance of the  rotting cross ties, uneven paved way and overgrown vegetation alongside, in and of the following railroad crossing sites.
