This petition was formed to urge CSULB administrators to provide students with Alternative Grading Options. In just over a week we exceeded 10,000 petitioners who were contacted via student email. 

Now, we're nearing 20,000 petitioners.

Our requests went wholly ignored, with Provost Brian Jersky reiterating their denial of student support in the form of Alternative Grading Options.

Recently, students were notified of their option to file catastrophic withdrawal which has created much response from students as this supposed measure of compassion allows students until Monday morning at 8am.

We, as students, will continue to express ourselves until we are acknowledged by the very people who were hired to support us.

With the support of ASI and our student body, we will be heard.
