I have received a few inquiries regarding enforcement of a uniform policy across jurisdictional boundaries.

As with other federal laws a federal agency would likely be responsible for enforcement of a law criminalizing mobbing on the Internet. 

We are in process of drafting a model national policy with proposed enforcement provisions. At this point education is our primary concern. You have helped greatly in signing this Petition. Please share it with others. Thank you
