CYBER MOBBING & BULLYING CAN REAR ITS UGLY HEAD:

1.Multiple people targeting a single victim frequently anonymously.  

2.Posting any malicious, humiliating content about the victim.

3.Hacking the victim’s account.

4.Posting vulgar messages online.

5.Stalking that person.

In situations where the perpetrators are located in various jurisdictions, it is difficult and extremely time-consuming for law enforcement to make arrests regarding crimes committed by malicious internet warriors.  

We need a national policy for internet-based predators to face justice their victim deserve.  This national policy will also prevent further attacks by criminals. It will get them out from behind their computers and put them where they belong: Behind bars.

Initiatives this petition looks forward to achieve are:-

1.Provide victims with a voice and the knowledge they are not alone.

2.Enact stronger & more effective laws to protect victims.

3.Operate as a deterrent for future internet-based crimes.

4.Spread awareness among predators to stop mobbing and bullying.
