Did y’all know Family Courts are unconstitutional? Any family cases are overreach of the governmental system and goes against our unalienable rights we all received at birth. Taxpayer money is used to fund the corruption within the family court system.

The Department of Justice and the State of Texas failed my son and our family and for this I’m seeking retribution by returning my son, Wyatt, the abolishment of this fraudulent and corrupt system, and holding the criminals accountable.

After multiple discussions with parents throughout the United States, this issue is bigger than just Texas; it spans all States and even world-wide. Our children are being taken from loving and healthy homes and are being placed with individuals who have horrible, destructive, and abusive pasts. Children are being abused, trafficked through this fraudulent court system under the color of law, and some children end up being on the receiving end of pedophiles and human traffickers. THE SYSTEM WAS DESIGNED TO DO THIS!! My case alone - six judges were used just to kidnap my son. I’ve been gagged etc. but I don’t care because it’s my first amendment right to speak up about this corruption to save my son!!!!!

Arrests and military tribunals of judges and anyone involved in children’s cases must be rendered. Anyone who raises their hand and swears an oath to the constitution must uphold it or be taken out of the position of power due to corruption, crimes against humanity, and treasonous activities.  

CONTEXT:

1. My son's failing grades allowed his father to take us to court. The court only recognizes my son's low grades. They do not see it as a symptom to the underlying diagnosis’. Furthermore, my son has never failed a grade level. My sons civil rights were tossed aside. My son had a section 504 in place with the FWISD which could’ve been used as evidence, but all my exhibits were thrown out. 

2. The court will not consider anything prior to my divorce decree filing date. My son and I were and continue to be emotionally, mentally, and psychologically abused by the narcissistic father. During marriage, I was also physically abused by my son’s father (he bowed up to me at the top of the stairs case like he was going to push me down the stairs, I've had to lock myself in rooms to get away from him, he punches holes in the walls, I’ve had finger bruises from grabbing my arm so tight, and he would throw objects at me) and our son has trauma from this.

 3. My son doesn't want to live with his father but the court wouldn't listen to understand my son, still ordering him under the fake color of law to live with his father anyway.

4. My son was ordered to start living with his father August 1, 2022.

5. Most recently, I found out Wyatt’s father is a Freemason with ties to police departments, army bases, medical systems, etc. My children and I have been harassed, followed around by PI’s, pulled over by corrupt police, was told by military police I will have a civil case against me if I request another welfare check and also that they will no longer conduct them.

6. My son’s father blames our child. His father tells our son “if you’d just get good grades this wouldn’t be happening.” The psychological and mental abuse towards my son continues.

7. My son’s father has his entire family in support of him and have also been a part of the harassment and following me.

8. I haven’t been able to even speak with my son in a very long time nor see him as my parental rights were taken completely away (not even allowed supervised visitation).

9. It’s certain all my constitutional rights and the constitutional rights of my son were thrown out the window during this kidnapping and trafficking to a Freemason.
