Washington County Sheriff

I did a welfare check on my son who was with his father for the summer. I asked to remain anonymous because of the abuse by the father towards me and our child. The county attorney, Brian Lester, released my audio to my abusive ex and they played it for our son to hear. They do not remain anonymous. They do not care about protecting those who need it most. I spoke with the records department, Cathy Bell, I asked her who took my audio and released it. That's when she gave me Brian's name. I told her if I end up dead or any of my children end up dead I hope she can live with herself. She hung up on me. This place is CORRUPT. If Google would allow me to post without any stars at all as an option, that's what it would be.

Wish I could give this place -100 stars. Judge Devos took my son away due to bad grades only. Didn't even care to look at the history of abuse from my ex whom she placed my son in care of. Best interest of the child is a joke. My child even said he didn't want to live with his father. Also, Judge nevarez is reservist army JAG corp. My ex is is active duty army JAG corp. I asked him to step away from this case via facebook then he blocked me. This place is so corrupt it's baffling how they keep getting away with anything at all. MY son also has mental health concerns to which is why he gets bad grades. His bad grades are a symptom to the underlying issues. They wouldn't listen to any psychologists, psychiatrists, therapists, occupational therapists, or PCP's. Taking children away solely based on bad grades is unconstitutional and you've violated both mine and my sons rights. Devos is now "retiring". That doesn't help. Someone needs to fix these god-forbidden laws in this state of texas. I'm even posting my no-contact order i got against my ex (given to me by my CO at that time). It is dated January 2016. The court told me they wouldn't use any evidence prior to the divorce date. Divorce date was December 2015. This place puts children in danger. This place should be sued for what they do. It is detrimental to our children. And, this happens in other counties and districts too within TX. I have all the data from speaking with parents. This is even farther than just a TX thing. This happens throughout the US. Corruption runs deep in America and these children are the ones who suffer. Give me back my child!!! Do the job you were given correctly and honestly. Enough is enough and now my child is in danger because of this court.

P.S. CPS who was supposed to investigate before bringing a decision to Devos, met with her behind closed doors before ever coming to my home or meeting my children. Don't just check-boxes just to say it's done. DO THE APPROPRIATE WORK. Kim Olmedo is the CPS person who did this.

Mims ballew – Andrew McCallister

I wouldn't give any stars to this place and i'm sure this review will be deleted. Andrew McCallister would not respond to my communications in a timely manner nor would he take evidence brought forth in my case. He recently quit on me. Which is fine because I could tell he was running me through the ringer and really didn't care. The thing is, he's hurt my son the most with his lack of decisions and not rendering appropriate services. You cannot hang on to evidence and not bring it forth to the court. You have to include and bring the child's psychiatrists, psychologists, PCP, Occupational Therapist, and regular therapists, no-contact orders, police reports, and everything else INTO court. Not using evidence, not responding in timely manners, not rendering appropriate services per our signed agreement, theft by deception, and helping to put my child in danger is horrible. I've had to do all the investigative work on my own even before he quit. Beware of this man. He basically thinks the law starts and stops with him. He says to me he doesn't have higher ups for me to complain to. But that is wrong. You are supposed to work for the people, just like the court system. Instead, you've become a follower of the corrupt justice system.
