My lawyer stepped down from my case and I demand he gives me back all money and retainers. I’ve also filed grievances on him and the courts judges. My lawyer did not render appropriate services at all. I called the law office, asking to speak to one of the owners of the firm. If no one calls me back I have no choice but to file a complaint for theft by deception. My lawyer knew in the very beginning what he was up against because I told him. Since you cannot handle it, don’t keep my money. I went sometimes weeks without hearing responses from him. I also asked 3 weeks ago for a petition to access my child. Never happened. The lawyer gave me a hearing date for the petition to access my own child aug 4 (AFTER my son was ordered to live with his father starting aug 1). I also gave the new evidence to my lawyer about the no-contact order I filed against my ex (after divorce date of December 2015). He refused to do anything.
