We have heard it throughout the years. The stories of how Artists, Actors, Models, Brand Ambassadors, etc. especially, Black and Brown, have been mistreated within the Entertainment Industry. Time after Time of how they were discriminated, humiliated in front of their peers, sexual advances or harassed, even compromising their morals for a role in a film or recording deal. Even me, I have a story to tell. 

I was affected by being belittled in front of my peers in a audition by a well known casting director in Florida on July 2021. Even recently, after being booked to do a National Commercial with a world renown Olympic athlete the unthinkable happened. My former talent agent was trying to steal extra fees from my commercial buyout along with my name, image,and likeness. This is the reason why this petition was created.

The goal for this petition is to not only raise awareness but to ban predatory behaviors of talent agents, managers, and casting directors preferably in the State of Florida and throughout the United States of America ASAP!! Here Is a summary of some other complaints that Creatives have expressed....

1)Talent Agencies neglecting to send Artists or Actors their payment from jobs completed in a timely manner.

2)Agencies NOT protecting the Actors nor investigating their complaints against difficult casting directors.

3)Talent Agencies attaching and demanding twenty percent (20%) extra fees on Artists NO AGENT BUYOUT Contract payments of their personal brands, likeness, and images.

4) Discrimination Tactics used against Black and Brown Creatives.

5)Unfair treatment on job sites of Auditions by Casting Directors and Talent agencies.(Example: belittering Artists with negative words)
