For those following the news, the stock market has well & truly crashed. This will likely deter developers & investors from interest in the site, as the cost of materials, wages & interest rates are already high. Profit margins are very low and a number of development sites have already paused or 'gone under' due to financial issues. It appears to be the perfect time for state & local government to be investing in this site, as it will be unlikely to sell at the close of the EOI.
