I honestly don’t even know what to say right now except thank you.

When I started this petition, I knew people cared about Hope…

I just had no idea how many of us were out here wanting the same thing:

a real plan, a humane response, and no more stranded animals left suffering on our beaches.

You all showed up.

You shared, you cried, you pushed, you spoke up and because of that,

we hit 1,000 signatures in less than two days.

This isn’t just numbers on a page.

This is proof that people want change,

that Oregon is paying attention,

and that Hope’s story moved people enough to act.

I’m going to keep pushing this forward,

and I’ll keep you updated as we take the next steps.

But right now, truly, thank you for caring, for fighting, and for giving Hope’s story power.
