Important News From Wales! (CW/TW)
Dear All,
I am dropping in to share some really important news: The deaths (hence the content and trigger warnings) of two healthcare professionals in Wales of Covid have been ruled as due to an industrial disease.
I can’t begin to tell you how important a decision this is.
I suspect there will be appeals to this, that it won’t get easier to claim Industrial Illness Benefit in the short term, but it is STILL important.

In the end, Cass was not well enough to make it to the Scottish Parliament on Thursday, but was able to call into the BBC Radio Scotland Morning Show (with Connie) to talk about their experiences. I have also linked into this below. Cass intends on writing to the Long Covid Inquiry - if you’re in Scotland and are affected by Long Covid, whether it is you, a friend or relative or you care for those with the condition - please use the link below to make a contribution.
