Currently developers are building a Crèche facility within the Lios Cara Estate, Killeens, Cork, as part of planning permission requirements. It is unclear what the developers intentions are for the facility. They have already attempted to change its purpose of use to a dwelling with no crèche facility. 

At present there are no crèche facilities in the Killeens community or nearby surrounding areas despite many young families living within the area. 
If you feel a crèche is needed within the community and/or you would use the facility within Lios Cara please sign this petition.
The purpose of this petition is to highlight a need and demand for this service within our community. The petition will be presented to the relevant decision makers in due course.
