This cruel crime has shocked Switzerland !!

This man has attached a metal bar to the neck of two helpless dogs  to thrown them in the nearby river.
Rocky (3) and Junior (8) died miserably and painfully !!!
The dog killers name is  A. Helder (36) and a professional locksmith.
Very quickly the perpetrator was found by the police and the prosecution in Zofingen opened a criminal investigation for animal cruelty.
Police arrested Elder and he is currently held in custody! Also against his wife Carla S. a criminal case was opened, because she had prompted  her husband to "dispose" the animals.
As a reason for the cruel act was stated, that the neighbors complained about the two small dogs, because they often howled. But the truth is that the couple no longer cared about the animals, not feeding them and by statements from neighbors, even tormented !
Absolutely no effort was undertaken also, finding a new place for the animals - killing them brutaly was a easier solution.....
The Swiss low says:
„Anyone who kills a  animal in an agonizing manner will be punished with up to 3 years' imprisonment "
 Therefore we demand that the prosecution in Zofingen, Switzerland, demand for the highest level of punishment for this cruel act !!!
