Court Found Congressman Cory Mills “Dangerous” Survivor Jennifer Adams Demands His Removal

The Issue

⚠️Florida JudgeJust Found Congressman Cory Mills “Dangerous” - Survivor Jennifer Adams & Others Are Demanding Accountability & Real Representation for Florida's 7th District

Petition to Demand Immediate Resignation & Removal by Congress for U.S. House Congressman Cory Mills (FL CD-7)

We, the undersigned, call for the immediate resignation of U.S. Representative Cory Mills and for Congress to take swift, bipartisan action to remove him from office immediately.

A Florida judge has issued a protective order against Mills after credible allegations of harassment, threats, and emotional abuse were brought forward by Lindsey Langston—a Republican State Committeewoman and Miss United States 2024.

The court found that Mills caused “substantial emotional distress” and offered “no credible rebuttal”. This is the second woman to come forward about Mills' abuse of them to law enforcement.

This is not about politics. It’s about public safety. When a sitting member of Congress, and any other person, is deemed dangerous by a court of law, silence is complicity.

We demand:

  • ✅ The immediate resignation of Congressman Cory Mills
  • ✅ Swift bipartisan vote in Congress to remove him from office now
  • ✅ A timely special election called by Florida's Governor Ron DeSantis to restore representation & accountability for FL 7th Congressional District

This district, state, and our country deserve leaders who protect—not threaten. Who serve—not exploit. Who unite—not divide.

This petition is not just signed by one person—it’s powered by thousands who believe in justice, safety, and truth.

We are survivors. We are parents. We are neighbors. We are voters. We are Republicans, Democrats, Independents—and Floridians and Americans who refuse to stay silent.

We are from this district. We are Floridians. We are Americans. We care about this district and the safety of others and our nation. And we will not let this district, or any person, continue to be misrepresented, neglected, or endangered any longer.

Together, we demand accountability. Together, we protect each other. Together, we lead with courage.

Signed with conviction.

Shared with purpose.

United in action—

By the people of Florida’s 7th Congressional District and every Floridian and American who believe in principled leadership, standing up for what's right, and speaking out against those who abuse others.

— Jennifer Adams & The Undersigned

For safety. For truth. For accountability. For all of us.

Survivor. Advocate. Mom. The Only Hometown Challenger Running Against Cory Mills Who is From The District, Has Lived and Led Here and is Continuing To Fight for All Of Us In This District and America

I commend the woman who stepped forward—and the judge who believed her. I know how hard it is to speak out. I’ve lived it.

As a survivor of domestic violence, I understand the toll, the trauma, and the shame and silence that too often surrounds abuse. That’s why I stepped up to run for Congress—not for power, but for protection and problem-solving. Not for politics, but for the people.

I’m the only challenger candidate in this race who is actually from this district. I’ve lived here. Led here. Delivered for the people here. I’ve raised my family here—including champion athletes, one of whom recently won gold representing Team USA. I’ve coached youth sports, mentored families, and built bipartisan coalitions that get things done.

I’m not a party darling. I’ve never rubber-stamped anything. I lead like I did growing up—on a team, with grit, heart, and purpose.

I’ve helped write and pass bipartisan legislation like Greyson’s Law to better protect children, survivors and families from abuse. I’ve built bridges across party lines—not just talked about it.

Meanwhile, Cory Mills and other candidates like him parachute in with slick words and empty promises. They have never lived here. Never led here. Never fought for us.

We cannot let more people like Cory Mills represent us ever again!

📣What You Can Do Right Now:

  • ✅ Sign this petition
  • ✅ Share it with others
  • ✅ Support candidates who have lived, led, and delivered for the districts they seek to represent

Together, we can defeat not just Cory Mills—but also the silence that further enables abusers and those who abuse power.

📊 The Reality of Domestic Violence — Why This Matters:

In Florida’s 7th District (Seminole & Volusia Counties):

  • Over 3,000 domestic violence offenses were reported last year
  • It’s a leading cause of homelessness for women and children
  • Children exposed to abuse are up to 15x more likely to be abused themselves

In Florida:

  • 75,746 crisis hotline calls were made in one year
  • 603,577 nights of emergency shelter were provided to 12,543 survivors and children
  • Domestic violence accounts for 15% of all crime and 20% of all homicides

In the United States:

  • Over 16 million people experience intimate partner abuse each year
  • 38% of domestic violence victims experience homelessness
  • The economic toll exceeds $55 billion annually

This is not just a statistic. It’s a wake up call and a call to action.

🧭The Time Is Now & You Can Do Something To Help Before It's Too Late!

We are not powerless. We are the people. And we are watching.

Let’s demand accountability. Let’s protect our communities. Let’s elect leaders who’ve already proven they can deliver.
