AN ALTERNATIVE: Distribute small-to-medium-sized AI Data Centers nationwide, pairing them with waste-to-energy  technologies as members of integrated industrial parks.  This will better secure the centers, reduce energy requirements and revive regional economies by generating LOTS of jobs for LOTS   of people!!!  See for details
