They are adjacent to the Linscott property, their land has the South Side Water wells on them, and their property includes Murphy slough, and down to Murphy Bay. They originally homesteading and been there for over 120 years.

Regarding the lawyer we retained.
Givens and Pursley wrote the Idaho Land Use Handbook and Gary Allen is a partner and is willing to help us. Even though our case is very black and white regarding nonconforming land use, it is less clear on the zone change by the County Commissioners and so we will be helping him get what he needs to write to the County Commissioners on our behalf.
He estimated he will spend around 10 to 12 hours on this case costing around $4000 to $5000.
If everyone chipped in, this will not be too much on any one person or family.
