Did you sign the appeal letter?  If so, you are covered for future lawsuits because your signature is being included for reconsideration of the same appeal. If you did NOT sign and live within close proximity, within 3 miles from the plant, you could be affected, lets say for example, by chemicals or toxins, and have a bad reaction, or have some other issue with the Linscott plant and want to pursue legal actions. You can ONLY pursue legal action if you have exhausted ALL local legal avenues which includes asking for reconsideration.
