New Petition to shut Greg Brown Down

Since February, Chris Salem, Junya Nakoa, and I have been blowing the whistle about Greg Brown's Monster House in Napaili. Chris Salem even lost his job working for the Mayor's Office because of his activism to protect the community's rights. (There's a wrongful termination suit pending, as fixing the loopholes abused by Brown WAS Chris Salem's job.)

After months of delays, and in the face of enormous intimidation by Corporation Counsel's Moana Lutey, finally last week, brave staff members of Public Works have issued multiple notices of violation to Greg Brown, including grading violations that cannot be remediated without tearing down what Brown has built. 

What a great spot for a park with public restrooms so beachgoers can stop using Napili Bay as their toilet!

As the Chair of the Council's Planning Committee, we're sure that Tamara Paltin has been the target of intimidation as many department staff members are now reporting, and she needs to know that the community demands Greg Brown be stopped and that we have her back to fend off Moana Lutey.
