In 2015, Maui’s Corrupt Corporation Counsel manipulated the Upcountry Water Bill and Manufactured a new SECRET Subdivision EXEMPTION for Developers Islandwide. Since then, WE are paying for THEIR roadways.
Citizens have filed charges against Corporation Counsel and they are using Your Tax Dollars to Defend Themselves and Continue to Lie about it all.

PS we sent an update the other day from the Sierra Club asking folks to testify this Friday on Corporation Counsel's abuse of authority over the Injection Wells.
That testimony is actually the GET committee and it Monday May 20 at 9am.
This Friday we will be presenting this new petition and testifying how Corporation Counsel lied to the Council about their abuse and the citizen-filed lawsuit over the 2015 Upcountry Water Bill.
