Keeping our views-the new Viewshaft

In the Plan change just announced Council has moved to create a new viewshaft to restrict the heights of buildings blocking our views from Rangitoto to Beachlands from the vantage point of Stockade Hill. This is a huge victory, BUT submissions on this change are open till September 7th and Council will hear these. We will let you know what you can do in the next few days to support this plan change and ensure it remains permanent or is further extended.
