Hi everyone, great news for us! On Friday the 31st of July I've received an e-mail from Mr. Andrew Tubb, who is Cirencester Town Clerk. The mail says: << ... I am pleased to say that planning permission has now been received so we can make arrangements for the plaque to be made and will consider dates for the unveiling event. As soon as I have more specific information I will let you know. With kind regards, Andrew Tubb Chief Executive Officer >> As far as I know, planning permission was the last step of formal authorizations, so ... this means that the plaque is actually going to be a reality. Cozy Powell petition has automatically closed this morning after a glorious year (yes, one year just today) ! I reopened it !!! We have 3465 subscribers now... and planning permission... but I will declare victory only once I will have seen our plaque on that wall in Cirencester. And a special thanks goes to a couple of VIPs who have joined us recently. Mario Parga and Jamie Moses ! Cirencester Town Clerk has also asked me an opinion about people to invite to the unveiling and I've sent them a list of Cozy's collegues and friends ... I included everyone I knew. In the meantime, we are doing our best to have a streaming media for people who will not be able to come and see the unveiling. I will keep you posted about every news. Best regards. Rossella
