Tomorrow, European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker will deliver his fourth State of the Union Address in the European Parliament in Strasbourg.

Will he address the current state of education systems in Europe, to highlights the important od education and lifelong learning to foster citizenship values? Will he link it to last year's speech, when he encouraged the EU to be "nine times more ambitious" with the Erasmus+ Programme? Will he mention the Erasmus (at all?) as flagship programme of the EU, calling for funding adequate to its relevance?
